We will help you navigate all of the regulations and standards, your new job role, leadership skills, the State operations manual, and each department, QAPI, RM, IC, and Safety! This 3-day program is highly interactive and engaging! Additionally, you will be mentored for six months following the completion of our program.
When you finish our entry-level program, you will have the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to begin your new role. Additionally, as part of the learning process, you will end the program with deliverables for your center, that give you the experience you will need to meet compliances.
All courses are recorded and will be available on-demand for you to refer back to as needed. The attendee will also have access to our other on-demand courses that offer a plethora of knowledge and information that you will be able to build on.
