Tina DiMarino, DNP, MBA, RN, CNOR, CASC, FACHE

Tina DiMarino has been in ambulatory surgery for 25 years. She began her career as a circulating nurse and co-founded Custom Surgical Partners in 2003. She has served as administration in the ASC industry for over 20 years as well as Chief of Operations, and now serves as the CEO. She is also a AAAHC Surveyor.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University and graduated Summa Cum Laude, quickly followed by her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus in Leadership in Administration. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from George Washington University with a focus in Executive Leadership and also earned her Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.

Tina DiMarino is a certified operating room nurse (CNOR) and a certified surgery center administrator (CASC). She earned the prestigious Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association and serves on the ASCA Education Committee.
