Our company was founded in 2003 by Michael Grasham (recently retired) and Tina DiMarino, DNP, MBA, RN, FACHE. We set out to bring our common sense approach to building, developing and managing ASCs. Performing ASC Consulting became our passion. Our company grew year after year strictly through word of mouth referral.
